Ashleigh + Corey Wedding

Ashleigh and Corey had a beautiful December wedding. Nature gave them the warmest and sunniest day possible for a winter month in Louisville. They braved the cold for some amazing photos. Don’t worry, the bride was able to stay comfortable and warm (as you’ll see in the photos). The day was not the only beauty around… the bride, her dress, the families, the friends, the venue, ceremony and reception were all SO gorgeous! Noahs Event Venue gave for a beautiful setting for the bridal parties getting ready all the way up to the last tired dancers of the night. They decorated their wedding to have a touch of Christmas, so the scent was adding to the magic. Noahs is located near the Papa Johns Headquarters so there are amazing photos to be had directly down the road in the park area. The third spot was St. Gabriel the Archangel, where in the morning you will catch the colors spreading across the aisles from the stained glass. The church is just as wonderful in the evening when there is singing, music, love and prayer shining just as bright as the stained glass. The reception was full of the normal traditions, but no cake smashing and none of the guys wanted to step up to catch the garter. I swear, I heard the sound of crickets. The ladies made up for it though giving the audience a gasp as two jumped for the bouquet at the same time. No brutality, all beauty. Congrats Mr. & Mrs. Isen!

Robin + Jeremy Wedding

So, my friend who moved to Georgia had a wedding and we were invited to be the photographers! It had been a few years since I had gotten to see her so I had forgotten how creative she is. She had her wedding on St. Patricks Day so of course her wedding decor had a splash of green and clovers. The gifts are handcrafted, such as the mason jar flowers, the brides-maid flowers, her bouquet, the key tags to let the guest know where to sit, the table numbers and the give-a-away thank you honey jars. You never know what you can accomplish all by yourself until you do it. They are perfect as a couple and capturing that love is always easy because its always there. Some of the photos are taken at the Berry College per Robins idea for backgrounds. The structures are very photogenic especially with such a pretty bride as the subject. This is only a small sneak peek at the photos to come but I hope they give an idea on how detailed this wedding was. It is always an honor to photograph beautiful weddings especially when it is one of your friends!
Congratulations to Robin and Jeremy – Can’t wait to visit again!

Brittany + Neal Wedding

We can safely say this wedding went off without a single hitch. It may have rained some in the beginning and the humidity threatened to defy all the hairspray but those two forces couldn’t dampen Brittany and Neals special day. The sun finally shined through moments before the ceremony and everyone stayed cool all day long with the help of some fans and wind through the trees.

Thanks to Brittany’s well thought out services, the makeup stayed bright, the hair stayed still, the timing was right, the videos are fantastic, the location shimmered, the decor was stunning, the party was hopping’, and the food was delicious. Plus, their photos turned out fabulous!

With the connection Brittany and Neal have, it was a breeze getting numerous photographs showcasing their love and fun spirits. They are also blessed with an equally fun spirited family who helped make all this magic happen at the Garden of Ray Eden here in Louisville Kentucky.

There are too many wonderful things to go on an on about Mr. & Mrs. Donhoffs wedding, so we will leave you with a few images that speak for themselves.

Congratulations Brittany & Neal, we’re so glad to be part of your day!

Brittany and Neal spent the day close to home in Prospect Kentucky, which had a lot to offer on colorful landscapes. We even got their two pups in a few photos too. 🙂
